Products & Availability
All products offered by Kapsul are released in limited quantities and may be available as ready-to-ship or pre-order items.
We reserve the right to:
· Limit quantities purchased per order
· Modify or discontinue products at any time
· Refuse or cancel orders at our discretion
Product descriptions and images are presented as accurately as possible; however, minor variations may occur.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams) unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Kapsul does not store or have access to your card details.
Accepted payment methods include:

· Apple Pay
· Google Pay
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by such errors.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within the UAE only.
Delivery timelines are estimates and begin from order confirmation:
· UAE: 1–2 business days (ready-to-ship items)
Pre-order delivery timelines are communicated separately and do not follow standard shipping estimates.
Kapsul is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs clearance, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
It is your responsibility to ensure accurate delivery details and availability to receive your order.
Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to approval.
Conditions:
· Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact
· Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
· Refunds are not offered
· Approved returns are issued as store credit, valid for 6 months
Pre-order items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

All content on this website — including designs, imagery, text, logos, and branding — is the exclusive property of Kapsul and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kapsul shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
