Return orders are charged the full delivery fee. We do not deliver to free zone areas.
General Delivery Conditions
While we are committed to meeting the delivery timelines communicated in your order confirmation, all delivery timeframes are estimates only and should not be considered of the essence. Delivery timelines begin from the date of order confirmation.
In the unlikely event that your order has not been delivered within 30 days of order confirmation, you will be eligible for a full refund.
KAPSUL cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or failures arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where the recipient is unavailable to receive the delivery or requests a postponement.
Orders are delivered daily, excluding UAE public holidays. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure appropriate access for delivery, including on Fridays.
Address Changes & Tracking
We are happy to assist with changes to your preferred delivery date or address prior to dispatch.
Once you have received a dispatch confirmation email, we will no longer be able to amend the delivery address. Please note that changes to an address outside the original delivery country cannot be accommodated.
