Orders

Yes. All Kapsul pieces are released in limited quantities as part of curated capsule drops. Once a style or size sells out, it may not be restocked. Some items and styles are available for pre-order as will be displayed on the product page.



Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

Shipping

We currently ship locally within the UAE only.

·        UAE: 1–2 business days depending on your selected delivery method and location.

Delivery timelines may vary slightly during peak periods.

Returns & Exchanges

Yes. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to approval and the conditions below.

Return & exchange conditions:

·        Request must be made within 7 days of delivery

·        Items must be unworn, unused, and unaltered

·        Products must be returned in their original packaging with all tags intact

·        You are responsible for return shipping costs

Please send us an email to hello@kapsuldrops.com explaining the reason for your return or exchange.
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive an authorization email with return instructions and the destination address.



Refunds & Store Credit

No. We do not offer refunds. However, we offer store credit which is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a store credit note.

·        Store credit can be used toward any future purchase on our website
